This week's Race of the Week is a 5K in memory of fallen Merrillvile,IN, police officer Nick Schultz. He was the first officer killed in the line of duty there, and this race was set up to benefit a scholarship in his name and to help student athletes in Lowell. The race is Saturday, August 5th, and will begin in downtown Lowell. Here's the link for race info and sign up.
