This is THE BEST news ever. Little 11 year old Sofia Sanchez posted a video telling Drake how much she loved him and that it would be a great birthday wish come true if he visited her in the hospital. Well....he did! That story was amazing enough...but now her second wish has come true. Watch and get ready to cry.
