There is now HUGE momentum for an online petition to get Halloween MOVED officially to the last Saturday of the month. Many parents think it will be safer, more convenient and better organized if we always knew it was on the last Saturday of October. Now, there are over 80,000 signatures on a petition to get that done through government. My question is...what do YOU think? hmm......
