Thanks to everyone's cooperation and the city's determination to really try and combat the virus, the city, and the whole state, will be moving to Phase 4 of the Corona Virus reopening plan.
This plan includes the opening of limited indoor seating in bars and restaurants, museums and zoos, performance venues, and summer camp and youth activities. The phase also includes gatherings of up to 50 indoors and up to 100 outdoors.
