The Field Museum is Open Again With Some Free Days for Illinois Residents!

Sue, the T-Rex at the Field Museum

Great news! Just like many other museums in Chicagoland, the Field Museum is now open to members and the general public again after a few months of temporary closure.

PLUS, on Monday, January 25 and Thursday, January 28, general admission will be free for Illinois residents!

The museum will maintain its safety precautions, including mandatory mask usage, social distancing and reduced capacity.

My family went this past Friday and had such a nice time. The building and exhibits were so clean and spacious we felt completely comfortable being there.
